These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hbaze governing your access to and use of our online cricket betting and casino platform. Age Requirement

hbaze is strictly a platform for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, and place bets. We verify age during KYC and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. hbaze will never ask for your password via email or chat. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for additional protection.

Payment Integrity

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including transfers from another person's bKash or Nagad account — are strictly not permitted.

Fair Play Standards

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these terms will help you understand your rights and obligations as a registered hbaze account holder.

"You" / "Player" / "User" Any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a bet or wager through the hbaze platform.
"Account" The registered user account created on hbaze, linked to a unique username, email address, and verified identity.

"KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their account.
"RNG" Random Number Generator — the certified algorithm that governs all casino game outcomes on the hbaze Platform.
"BDT" / "৳" Bangladeshi Taka — the official currency of Bangladesh, used for all financial transactions on the hbaze Platform.
"Terms" These Terms & Conditions in their current published form, including any amendments posted on the hbaze Platform.

Interpretation: References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any dispute concerning meaning, the English-language version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on hbaze, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform. Failure to meet any of these criteria at any point grants hbaze the right to suspend or permanently close your account.

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. hbaze is strictly an adult platform. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. Any account discovered to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all deposits returned, with winnings forfeited.
  • Residency: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino games are not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws governing online gambling in your location.
  • One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on hbaze. Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
  • Accurate Information: All registration details — including your full name, date of birth, and payment method ownership — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
  • Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request that is currently active on your account or any previous account held on the hbaze Platform.
  • Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking contractual capacity are not eligible to register.

Identity Verification: hbaze reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a National ID (NID), passport, or utility bill — at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is completed.

Registration Process
  1. Navigate to the hbaze Login page and select the account creation option.
  2. Provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
  3. Choose a strong, unique password for your account. Do not reuse passwords from other services.
  4. Select your preferred currency (BDT) and confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
  5. Verify your email address using the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
  6. Complete KYC verification by uploading a government-issued photo ID when prompted prior to your first withdrawal.
hbaze may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued account access.

Account Obligations & Security

As an hbaze account holder, you assume a range of ongoing obligations that apply for the duration of your account. These obligations exist to protect you, other players, and the integrity of the Platform as a whole. Please read this section carefully.

Credential Security
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.
  • You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members. Account sharing constitutes a breach of these Terms.
  • hbaze staff will never ask you to provide your password in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any request for your password should be treated as a fraudulent attempt.
  • You must notify hbaze support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
  • hbaze will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
Account Maintenance
  • You must keep your registered contact details — including email address and mobile number — current and accurate at all times. Outdated contact details may delay account verification and withdrawal processing.
  • Accounts that have had no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. A dormant account fee of ৳200 per calendar month may be applied to any remaining balance to cover administrative costs, beginning from the 13th month of inactivity.
  • You may request account closure at any time by contacting hbaze support. Any withdrawable balance will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures before closure is finalised.
  • In the event of the account holder's death, hbaze will work with the account holder's legal representatives to process any outstanding withdrawable balance in accordance with applicable law.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on hbaze are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). hbaze supports a range of payment methods familiar to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

Deposit Rules
  1. Own-Name Payments Only: Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — including transfers from a family member's bKash or another person's bank account — are strictly prohibited.
  2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will be returned to the originating payment method.
  3. Processing Time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your hbaze wallet instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours during standard banking hours.
  4. No Deposit Fees: hbaze does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges independently of hbaze.
  5. Currency: All deposits are processed in BDT. hbaze does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign-currency deposit attempt will be declined.
Withdrawal Rules
  1. KYC Prerequisite: KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed. hbaze reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion prior to approving a withdrawal.
  2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
  3. Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours of submission. Priority processing may be available for verified accounts with established withdrawal history.
  4. Return to Source: Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. hbaze may request proof of payment method ownership before processing.
  5. Wagering Compliance: Only funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements and are designated as "withdrawable balance" in your account wallet may be withdrawn. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

Anti-Money Laundering Notice: hbaze is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. hbaze applies transaction monitoring and may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual withdrawal patterns. Accounts suspected of financial misconduct will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant information may be reported to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Betting & Casino Game Rules

hbaze offers both sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket, including BPL, IPL, and international Bangladesh Tigers matches) and a library of 500+ certified casino games. The following general rules apply to all real-money wagering activity on the Platform. Game-specific rules are published on the individual game pages and provider documentation.

  • Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless hbaze explicitly offers a cash-out or edit-bet feature on that particular market.
  • Void Bets: hbaze reserves the right to void any bet in full or in part where it is determined that the event did not take place as scheduled, where a market was opened in error, where the quoted odds contained a manifest error, or where there is clear evidence of match manipulation.
  • In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief processing delay to prevent latency-based advantage exploitation. hbaze may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without notice.
  • Maximum Payout: hbaze applies a maximum payout limit per settled bet. Current payout limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum will not be paid out beyond the capped amount.
  • Casino Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems supplied by our third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). hbaze does not influence or alter game outcomes in any way.
  • Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino game round that has already been initiated and a stake deducted, the game round will be settled according to the outcome generated by the provider's system. The result stands regardless of disconnection.
  • Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, game, and game provider. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or game launch and are subject to change without notice.

Bonuses & Promotions

hbaze offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are optional — you are under no obligation to claim any bonus, and declining a bonus will not affect your standard account functionality. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

  1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the bonus amount — and in some cases, the deposit amount — must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable.   2. Validity Period: Bonus funds and free spins expire if not used within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
  3. Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10% or 0%). Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
  4. Bonus Abuse: hbaze reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close an account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to convert bonus funds without genuine wagering risk, or collusion with other players.
  5. One Welcome Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, strictly one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on a secondary account will be treated as fraud.
  6. Seasonal Promotions: hbaze may offer special promotions around key events in the Bangladeshi calendar — including BPL season, IPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and major international cricket tournaments. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the offer.
  7. Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: hbaze reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has completed its wagering requirements, the remaining bonus balance will be removed from the player's account without compensation.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

hbaze maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, collusion, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform or harms other players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities.

  • Opening or operating more than one account on the hbaze Platform
  • Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
  • Exploiting software errors, bugs, or display glitches — any winnings derived from a known error are void
  • Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in real-time during live games
  • Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using hbaze for money laundering purposes
  • Using payment methods not registered in your own name or using stolen payment credentials
  • Attempting to reverse a legitimate deposit after wagering has occurred (fraudulent chargeback)
  • Impersonating another player or any hbaze staff member in any communication
  • Systematic bonus abuse, including matched betting or arbitrage strategies designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine play
  • Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful using a VPN or other masking technology
  • Any conduct that hbaze reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of sporting events

Account Suspension & Closure

hbaze reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. This section also covers the hbaze responsible gaming self-exclusion mechanism, which is a key player protection tool available to all account holders.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by hbaze
  • Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
  • Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
  • Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe
  • Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
  • Account holder is subject to an active self-exclusion order
  • Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account closure
  • Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against hbaze without legitimate cause
Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion
  • You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method after closure.
  • Self-exclusion allows you to block yourself from accessing hbaze for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • During an active self-exclusion period, hbaze will not send promotional communications to the excluded account holder and will block any login attempts.
  • Temporary self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. We take these commitments seriously as part of our responsible gaming obligations.

Balance on Closure: Where an account is closed by hbaze due to a Terms breach or fraud finding, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player or for administrative reasons not related to misconduct, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days of closure confirmation.

Amendments to These Terms

hbaze reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered account holders will be notified by email at least 7 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the current version.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbaze's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim. hbaze is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and hbaze makes no warranty of uninterrupted availability.
